Requirements
– Max Age 35 years old
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer /Telecommication) or equivalent
– Good communication skill in Bahasa and English also
– Knowledge of relevant gadget applications
– At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
– Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Call Center, Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent
– Full-Time position(s) available
– Attend to service call and enquiries
– Perform trouble-shooting of the products (gadget) to ensure smooth functioning
– Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving gadget connectivity
– Willing to work on Shift or Weekend and Public Holiday

Responsibilities
– Attend to service call and enquiries
– Perform trouble-shooting of the products (gadget) to ensure smooth functioning
– Ensure maintenance and prompt submmition of technical/service support
– Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving gadget connectivity

Technical Helpdesk Support di Teleperformance Indonesia

Requirements
– Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science / Information Technology, Engineering (Computer /Telecommication) or equivalent
– Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in the assigned language (English/Malay/Vietnamese)
– Ability to read and write proficiently in the assigned language while multitasking as to effectively and actively listen to customer and answer question
– Basic typing skills equal to 35 word per minute
– Courteous with strong customer service orientation
– Good listening and responding skills
– Ability to diagnose and solve problems
– Ability to accurately log and document problems and provided solutions
– Ability to understand internet browser settings and troubleshoot related issues
– Working knowledge of Windows and Office applications and computer usage as demonstrated during the vendor interview process
– Ability to diagnose and solve problems
– Willing good work for shifting

Responsibilities
